Põltsamaa Castle
The stone fortress was constructed on the banks of the Põltsamaa River already in 1272. Later on (1570–1578) the fortress was the residence of Livonia's King Magnus. Repeatedly pillaged, the castle was rebuilt by Woldemar Johann von Lauw. In the 18th century the fortress became a grand rococo-style palace. The castle and the church burnt down in 1941. Mustvee Guesthouse
The Mustvee Guesthouse is located in the small, green town of Mustvee just a 10 minute walk from the centre of town and Lake Peipsi, and the Jõhvi-Tartu highway. The Mustvee Guesthouse has been opened since 2000. It is an ideal place for smaller and larger groups with rooms for people of all tastes. We have a conference room, fireplace room, kitchen, sauna and parking lot. We offer pleasure trips and fishing on Lake Peipsi -- by boat in the summer and by sleigh in the winter.
Kuremaa Castle and Park
Kuremaa Classicist manor house was built in 1837-1843 by the von Oettingen family. The manor house was designed by the architect E. J. T. Strauss from Tartu. There is also a room for a museum in the castle which gives an overview of the region and of the history of Kuremaa Agricultural School. At present the rooms of the castle are used for organising conferences. The park rich in species descends towards lake Kuremaa which attracts visitors with its well-kept beach and possibilities for taking a rest.
Mokko Farm
Mokko is suitable for those who love nature, peace and quiet. We can accommodate individual tourists, families with children and groups of up to 30 people. A small group or a company can organize an event or a training here without being disturbed by other visitors. Palamuse O. Luts’s Parish School Museum
The historical Palamuse Parish Schoolhouse is now open to visitors as it was seen in 1895. There, you will find the classroom and the living rooms of the parish clerk, known from the movie Kevade. The heart of the museum is located in the freshly completed main building, where you will also find a classroom and a workshop. The main exhibition of the main building is meant for the whole family, reflecting the history of the Estonian parish schools through Kevade. Seminar rooms at the Village Elder Carl Schmidt’s House
Village Elder Carl Schmidt's House has two rooms for seminars and other meetings. The hall on the first floor accommodates 100 people and there's also a bar. The cozy fireplace hall on the second floor accommodates 26 people.
Põltsamaa Castle Restaurant Konvent seminar rooms
The restaurant Konvent is located between the castle walls of Põltsamaa – it is a cosy place for organising seminars as well as celebrating various events, such as birthdays and weddings. The large and spacious room can accommodate up to 100 people. There is Wi-Fi and seminar equipment in the room. You can also order coffee breaks and lunch and dinner from us! Catering for groups is available upon reservation.
Seminars at Trofee Hunting Lodge
There are two seminar rooms in the Trofee Hunting Lodge - a larger room which will comfortably accommodate up to 80 people in theatre style or 30 people at a U-shaped table, and a smaller room which will accommodate up to 20 people.
