Õuna Holiday House
Õuna Holiday House is located in the middle of Jõgeva County, at the crossroad of the Piibe highway and Jõgeva-Põltsamaa highway. The interior decor is cosy, with a comfortable, old-fashioned style. Enjoy quiet evenings in the cafe watching television or conversing with a colleague. In summer the beautiful landscaping, flower garden, berry grove, fruit tree grove, smoker oven and grill area are perfect for a barbeque or for just having a relaxing time. Õuna Holiday House has an area of 210 m², with a 50 m² cafe and fireplace room for holding various events. There is seating for 20.
Udu Farm
Udu Farm is a lovely holiday complex on the shores of Lake Kuremaa. The historical Palamuse and Kuremaa castles are just a few kilometres away. Guests have the use of 12 cabins, a sauna, a large party building, 4 covered areas, an extreme plastic film sauna and a children's play area. You can also rent the sauna complex, which has its own kitchenette and which accommodates 12-19 people on the upstairs level. Boats are available for hire and you can go fishing on the lake.
Kuremaa mill
Kuremaa mill is part of the Kuremaa manor complex; the fully renovated mill reopened in 2009. The ground floor is home to a function room with its own fireplace and a sales counter, while the first floor is the perfect place for exhibitions and training events. The second floor hosts an exhibition on the Dutch-style windmills that can be found in Estonia – including its most impressive piece, a model of the Kuremaa windmill. Virtus Hostel
Virtus Hostel forms part of a large sports complex. It provides accommodation to athletes and those attending sports camps. It is situated far away from the nearest town to allow visitors to enjoy true peace and quiet, but close enough to allow them to walk there within just 10 minutes.
Siimusti Clay Industry
Siimusti Ceramics operates from the clay factory, which was founded in 1886 by Joosep Tiimann, a man born from a family of farmers. The location was suitable due to the clay deposits present here. At first the brick manufactury was created; afterwards they started producing oven pots and dishware. Nowadays you can get acquainted with the manufacturing process of ceramics: The pouring of clay into the mold and the firing and glazing processes. The end product can be bought onsite.
Mokko Farm
Mokko is suitable for those who love nature, peace and quiet. We can accommodate individual tourists, families with children and groups of up to 30 people. A small group or a company can organize an event or a training here without being disturbed by other visitors. Karu Holiday Home
Laiusevälja in Jõgeva County is an authentic Estonian village with fields of grazing animals and dusty roads in summer lined with stalks of grain. The courtyard of Karu Holiday Home is designed to look like it would have done last century, replete with apple tress and berry bushes. The holiday home offers year-round accommodation for up to 9 people, while its dining table seats up to 14. The building also has all of the facilities needed to serve the disabled.
Kuremaa beach
The northern shore of Lake Kuremaa is home to the only beach in Jõgeva County manned by lifeguards. Here you will find a 250-metre stretch of golden sand, aquabikes and boat hire, a beachfront cafe, a playground, areas for ball games, a caravan park and more. You can also camp here. The swimming area is marked by buoys. The water temperature is measured constantly, with information provided on special stands.
Alo Mattiisen’s piano classroom
In the centre of the town, at Jõgeva Music School, where Alo Mattiisen studied, a memorial was unveiled to mark his 45th birthday. Five years later, in 2011, his piano classroom was also completed to celebrate his 50th birthday. It features his fully restored piano and a display of the composer's personal items. The classroom can be used to host small concerts, training sessions, conferences and music lessons.
Kuremaa Castle and Park
Kuremaa Classicist manor house was built in 1837-1843 by the von Oettingen family. The manor house was designed by the architect E. J. T. Strauss from Tartu. There is also a room for a museum in the castle which gives an overview of the region and of the history of Kuremaa Agricultural School. At present the rooms of the castle are used for organising conferences. The park rich in species descends towards lake Kuremaa which attracts visitors with its well-kept beach and possibilities for taking a rest.
