As part of the week of flavours “From Forest to Table”, the visitor can enjoy dishes from the special menu in South Estonian restaurants, which use Estonian forest products as at least one component and which largely consist of local ingredients.The aim of the event is to increase the number of visitors to catering establishments, to support the developing food culture and small food producers in the region, and to highlight local raw ingredients.
